The Grand Parents Tea Party for the year 2007 was held on 6th October 2007. The theme for the party was "SPORTY TEA PARTY". The grandparents were invited in advance and their confirmation was taken in advance. 150 numbers of grandparents attended the party. The event was organized with few combined activities for the grandparents and the children. Two activities were indoor and four were outdoor. Souvenirs were also given to the Grandparents. These were made different for all the 4 levels of the Pre-school and for Grade I to III. It was a Trophy on a hard card sheet with loops for easy hanging. The children in the class with teacher's guidance previously made these.
